What is so special about this New Year is that we are experiencing a lighter, more collaborative energy (finally!) than the past couple of years. In this energy opportunities abound and we are now better able to see and hear them around us - IF we are willing to look and listen. Once we can identify opportunity, the form it takes and our responsibility to get into collusion with it, we are on the path of positive change. Take a look at the anatomy of OPPORTUNITY and how it plays out in our lives.

Oh no! A circumstance, incident or obstacle arises that gets our attention, activates negative emotion and throws us into the survival mode of fear, fight or flight. 

Please, not this...again. We've experienced this before, been there/done that, and we currently only have old limited emotional strategies to bring to the table. 

Possibilities surface when we take a breath and look at the situation with curiosity; how would I rather feel, what do I want to change, what am I ready to learn?  

Opening up to grow beyond our old experiences starts with a commitment to a different result or feeling and a decision to take a new positive step toward it.  

Really? Really! By looking at situations as an invitation to learn and grow, so we no longer have to re-experience them over again, is a true act of self love.

Turning the tide occurs when we realize that we live in a benevolent Universe that is always conspiring on our behalf for our highest good and most vibrant well-being!

Unleashing latent passion, remembering our true essence and connecting to a higher ideal of our self and our life are necessary action steps of transformation.

Now! Not tomorrow, next week or next year. Opportunity knocks when we truly are ready and capable to navigate change, even if we don't think so. Be bold and take...

Inspired action! Getting into action checks the ego, takes us out of our old stories, behaviors and patterns and right into our future. New actions = new results.
